  I have been to several Eileen's locations and have enjoyed all of their cookies since I was a young kid. This location is pretty hit and miss on their quality of cookies though. The other locations all been ROCK SOLID and GREAT!!!
  
  I thought you could get an amazingly soft, delicious and satisfying cookie every time with Eileen's (regardless of location or type/size of cookie) but this does not seem to be the case. On my last couple visits to the Fort Collins store, the cookies have been over cooked and the cookie-to-frosting ratio has been WAY OFF (with more frosting than cookie).
  
  Hopefully they can turn this around or I will have to wait until my next trip home (5 hours east) for my next cookie. :(

  My son loved his 4th bday 14in cookie! And I absolutely loved how your bakers decorated it, it was amazing, very impressed!
