  The buses are fine. The Drivers are great, but that's where it ends.
  
  The support staff are defensive and in denial when you ask a question.
  
  The automated systems that supposedly show arrivals do not work. As the old wisdom says, "a stopped clock is better than one that is wrong". The departure boards are worse than a stopped clock and if you make the mistake of calling to report it you are just put off.
  
  If you push it and ask to talk to someone further up the chain you get Richard who calls you a liar.
  
  If ridership is too high. just get more Richards
