  Bought a new house and needed my system fixed. I scheduled an appointment for Alpenglow to come and replace a broken pipe. Appointment was at 4:30pm...5pm I had to call to find out if he was even coming! He said he would be there soon. By 5:30 he showed up (I left work early because that was the only time he was able to "swing by"). Looked at the pipe and scheduled another appointment to have his crew member fix it. After his crew member fixed the pipe, we tried the system and saw we needed new sprinkler heads. I told him the days/times I would be able to have someone come over and he said he would have the owner call to set a firm day/time. That was back in April...it's September and I have NEVER heard anything from them! I would NOT recommend them!!!
