  Since I can't leave a negative star review I'll settle for the 1 star, now where to begin. I went there from 2012 to 2016 (long time and only had a bad experience). I would 20 minutes to even an hour to be served, they favored friends and would serve them first. When I wanted coals I had to wait an additional 20 minutes even with quicklights. They would also purposely make bad bowls simply out of hatred but the problems got worse. Pretty much everyday would start with them pulling me outside to tell me how bad of a regular I was or them making up a fabricated story of something that had no logic to it. Then I would walk in, pre pay , then sit. There was constant bullying and everytime I sat down I was harrassed by the staff. There were even times where the staff was drunk and that would amplify the harrassment. So in short bad customer service. After the shooting in the alley way it got worse, I was told to kill myself on multiple occasions by staff and regulars, and many other bad things. But once again everytime I brought it up they wouldn't listen. Then they banned me for something I didn't do. A drunk employee took my hookah , I got agitated , and banned me for literally using the restroom . The place is cliquey, has bad customer service, and in general a very hateful place that I wouldn't recommend it.
