  When I arrived around 2pm there was hardly any customers at this location and they appeared to be very overstaffed. Even so, I waited for 5min to be seated and was never greeted or even acknowledged. I decided that I'd just go sit at the bar. Waited here for another 10min and there was no bartender to be found. Servers would divert there eyes and ignore any attempt I made to flag them down as they passed. I even tried flagging down the manager on the floor but she would make eye contact and then just walk away. That is when I realized it was a mute point to stick around because I wouldn't even be offered a glass of water. Needless to say I will never return to this restaurant. Used to love this place but anymore the customer seems to just be a burden on the staff.

  5 Stars for our server. Male with a beard - I know shame on me for not recalling - but this guy made the experience. Staff like this are what will attract people. Food is food - good but lots of places have good burgers. Staff like this are what make a truly awesome, extraordinarily great experience. Certainly will continue to spread the good word about Red Robin and their service!!!!
