    Office staff was cold on arrival, said I did not complete the online paperwork, which I did. They couldn't find it so I had to do it again. Then we waited for nearly 40min for a 3 min conversation with the doc. $99 limited evaluation exam cost and they don't take my insurance. Which the office lady said was explained to me when I made the appointment, but it really was not explained to me or I never would have wasted my time and money. Doc seemed nice but office staff left much to be desired. I will not be going back.
